Our firm, in particular Olivier LAUDE, Benoit Renard and Laetitia Arzel, have had the pleasure to assist, once again this year, the Master 2 Arbitration and International Trade (MACI) students’ team from Paris-Saclay University who participated in the Paris International Arbitration Competition (CAIP), organised by IEP Paris.
After submitting their briefs as claimant and defendant, the team qualified for the final pleading rounds, and eventually won the 1st prize of the Competition!
